Colts foot is a herb that has been regularly smoked,. It is a herb with a strong earthy flavor and also has medicinal properties and has been traditionally used to treat lung problems such as bronchitis and upper respiratory tract infection. Colts foot is still used nowadays for healing purposes and is smoked as a lung purgative for people who are quitting smoking cigarettes in order to eliminate poisons deposited in the lungs by cigarette smoke. 2. Mullen

Mullen Leaf is a fantastic herb for smoking primarily because it burns exceptionally well when smoked alone or as part of a herbal smoking blend. Although the flavor of mullein is not unpleasant, it is not a herb I would recommend to smoke as it is not the most satisfying taste on the smoking herb spectrum, that aside the upside is, when smoked it really is as a good burner and this is this where Mullen excels. Mullein is a cross between the demulcents and saponin-bearing expectorants, which makes it effective for treating conditions such as bronchitis or lung issues that cause symptoms such as persistent cough, dry hacking coughs, whooping cough, colds, flu and sinusitis.

3. Red Raspberry Leaf

Mugwort contains a chemical which mimics some of the compounds responsible for the addictive nature of nicotine. This makes Mugwort another good choice if you are trying to give up smoking or beat those nicotine cravings.
